Thank you for choosing your prize through REDEEMIT. Since this is a prize redemption site only, all purchases are final and may not be returned or exchanged.

Prizes are packaged and shipped as quickly as possible once chosen. If your prize is damaged upon receipt, please contact REDEEMIT Customer Support within twenty-four (24) hours.

Terms and Conditions:

Below are the terms and conditions under which REDEEMIT ("we", "us", or "our"), may make available a winning number and redemption code for the redemption of a prize at www.redeemit.net (REDEEMIT).

Access to REDEEMIT will be given to a player who is entitled to receive a prize as a result of him/her playing games via client organizations of REDEEMIT. The Redemption Code and instructions related to claiming prizes via REDEEMIT will be provided by organization who put on the game. No items at REDEEMIT can be purchased using real money and no money refunds are available. The Recipient is solely responsible for the accuracy of the details entered on REDEEMIT, including but not limited to the Redemption Code, prize choice, personal details and delivery address. We shall not be liable for any prize which does not reach its destination due to an invalid or incorrect mailing address. Once the Recipient submits their selection and details, a confirmation e-mail will be sent ("Confirmation Email"). Once the Recipient has been sent the Confirmation Email, the prize cannot be changed or cancelled. All prizes are subject to stock availability. A prize that has 2 consecutive failed deliveries due to the Recipient not being available to sign or receive the prize will be forfeited by the Recipient. On delivery of the prize to the Recipient, if the box which contains the prize is damaged, the Recipient must notify REDEEMIT's customer support within twenty-four (24) hours. In the event that a prize comes with a manufacturer's warranty and is defective, it is the Recipient's responsibility to contact the manufacturer directly to get the prize replaced. The Recipient should also immediately notify REDEEMIT's customer support that the Prize is defective. In the event that a prize does not come with a manufacturer's warranty and is defective, the Recipient must within 24 hours of delivery of the prize notify REDEEMIT's customer support. A Prize which is damaged due to the Recipient's neglect or through general wear and tear will not be replaced or exchanged by us.
